Superior Builders Group is currently seeking to add 2 Administrative Assistants to join our growing team!
This role requires flexibility and a willingness to jump where needed.
Job Description:
In this versatile role, you will play a key part in our daily operations, demonstrating flexibility and readiness to assist wherever needed. Your responsibilities will include:
Data entry and document filing
Permitting experience is not required but strongly encouraged.
Experience in a construction office setting also not required but helpful.
Coordinating and responding to emails and phone calls
Delivering materials to job sites as necessary
Supporting the team with various administrative tasks as they arise
We are looking for an adaptable individual who takes initiative and handles shifting priorities with a positive attitude and a smile. Each day brings new challenges, making resilience and a proactive mindset essential.
Requirements:
Strong attention to punctuality and reliability
Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and Microsoft Word
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Comfort in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment
Valid driver's license
Schedule & Benefits:
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (we encourage arriving a few minutes early to prepare for the day)
PTO to be discussed upon hire.
Holidays: 5 paid holidays per year
