Hiring Production Laborers

This position supports daily production operations in a precast concrete manufacturing facility. It’s hands‑on, physical work that plays a key role in creating high‑quality concrete products for construction and infrastructure projects.

Pay: $25 per hour
Schedule: Full‑time, Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Location: Colorado Springs, CO

Responsibilities:
- Assist with setting up and preparing concrete forms and molds
- Place rebar, mesh, and reinforcement materials according to specifications
- Pour, level, and finish concrete in molds
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and basic production equipment
- Strip and clean forms after curing
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
- Support general yard, plant, and material‑handling tasks as needed

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in construction, manufacturing, or concrete work required
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor throughout the shift
- Comfortable working in outdoor or industrial environments
- Strong work ethic and reliability
