Maintenance -Facilities Supervisor Bilingue
Monday to Friday
8am to 5pm


MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
● Must have at least a High School diploma or equivalent.
● Must have at least 3 years of experience in a GMP production environment.
● Must know various chemicals used in the sanitation process.
● Must be able to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, government regulations, and procedure manuals.
● Must be able to write routine reports and correspondence.
● Must have strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
● Must have no allergies and be exposed to vitamin, mineral, herbal, and OTC products, disagreeable odors, high noise levels, and continuous standing.
● Supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
● Ability to effectively supervise employees.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
● Supervises the cleaning and sanitizing of manufacturing facilities and equipment promptly and in accordance with all Company, State, and Federal regulations.
● Supervises all activities necessary for the cleaning and sanitizing of production, packaging, storage areas, and production equipment daily in the facility, while ensuring that all duties are performed in accordance with USDA, NFI SOPs, FDA, GMP, all safety policies and procedures, and any other established policies and requirements necessary.
● Monitors’ sanitation performance as needed to verify guidelines and procedures.
● Manages and leads sanitation employees.
● Ensure employees receive proper training to perform their assigned functions.
● Ensures effective utilization of employees' skills, development, safe utilization of required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), scheduling, and coordination of all sanitation activities with crew in facilities.
● Supervises the maintenance and repair of buildings, grounds, and equipment, including hiring contractors for major projects.
● Communicate with staff members to ensure that they are aware of any issues regarding safety or security.
● Adjusts daily work schedule as needed to meet sanitation requirements;
● Ensures that cleaning and sanitation personnel receive appropriate training to accomplish required tasks; and
● Other duties as assigned by the Maintenance & Operations Manager.
