Tile Installer

Tile Installer needed for busy custom remodeling company. Duties include:

• Install ceramic, porcelain, stone, and other tile materials on floors, walls, showers, and backsplashes.
• Prepare work surfaces by measuring, leveling, waterproofing, and applying underlayment or membranes
• Read and follow layout plans, blueprints, and design specifications
• Cut tile using hand tools, wet saws, and grinders for precise fit and finish
• Set tile using appropriate adhesives, mortars, and spacing techniques
• Grout, seal, and finish tile surfaces to high-quality standards
• Ensure proper alignment, spacing, and pattern consistency throughout installation
• Repair or replace damaged tiles as needed
• Punctual and consistent attendance
• Accept constructive feedback
• Follows all established safety policies and procedures in the performance of work duties.
• Keeps work area(s) free of hazardous conditions. Models and reinforces accident prevention behaviors.

Reliable transportation is a must, as we service Paradise Valley & Scottsdale, and each day it may be on a different jobsite. You must also have all your own tools.

Must be eligible to work in the United States.
Job Type: Full-time, Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm
Pay: $29-$33 per hour
Eligible for benefits after 90 days (Medical, Vision, Dental)
