Responsibilities
• Lead the planning, execution, and closeout of construction projects, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Coordinate project activities with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to streamline workflows and resolve issues promptly.
• Review blueprints, schematics, and contracts to ensure accurate interpretation and compliance with design specifications.
• Oversee site operations to maintain safety protocols, manage construction site experience requirements, and ensure adherence to all regulatory standards.
• Conduct regular project meetings to monitor progress, update schedules, and communicate key milestones with stakeholders.
• Manage project documentation including change orders, RFIs (Requests for Information), daily reports, and safety records.
Experience
• Proven experience in construction management or related roles with a strong background in residential or commercial projects.
• Extensive knowledge of construction project management methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with construction site operations including blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and site safety management.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining excellent time management skills.
• Strong understanding of contracts, project coordination processes, and construction site safety standards.
