Help Wanted: Private In-Home Healthcare Worker (Weekdays)
Location: Highlands Ranch, Colorado

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate private home healthcare worker to provide in-home care for an older gentleman with dementia.

Responsibilities include:
• Assisting with personal care, including bathing and shaving
• Preparing and serving meals
• Providing companionship and engagement
• Assisting with light stretching and basic physical therapy exercises
• Administering prescribed medications
• Checking and recording vital signs
• Maintaining a safe, calm, and supportive environment

Position Details:
• In-home care (private residence in Highlands Ranch, CO)
• 8 hours per day, Monday through Friday
• All supplies and equipment necessary for the job will be provided

Compensation:
• Pay is competitive and dependent on experience

Qualifications:
• Experience in home healthcare, elder care, or dementia care preferred but not required for the right candidate
• Willingness to learn and follow care instructions
• Dependable, patient, and compassionate
• Strong communication and professionalism
