Skills and Abilities

* Operate effectively within a team to complete tasks as directed
* Must be physically fit and used to working with your hands
* Lifting is required - typically less than 60 pounds
* Must be able to stand for the duration of an 8 hour shift
* Learn skills quickly and make continuous improvements as needed
* Comfortable using and reading a tape measure

Qualifications and Skills

Essential Functions
Bilingual with English a plus
Must have an extremely positive, “can do” attitude and get along well with others
Must be comfortable with Windows computers and basic computer tasks
Must learn quickly and be able to fit easily into a team to accomplish tasks as necessary
Must be responsible for inspecting covers thoroughly to catch any production defects
Must have a keen eye for detail
Must be able to communicate effectively with production team to have defects corrected
Must be able to effectively use a tape measure
Assemble boxes for shipping
Assist in manually loading boxes on freight trucks
Able to willingly perform other tasks as assigned
Able to operate in fast-paced environment
Keep work area clean and neat before and at end of shift to maintain machines and keep area organized

Typical end time: 4:30PM
