📣 Flooring Helper – Chad’s Floors and More (SWFL)
Chad’s Floors and More is looking for a dependable Flooring Helper to assist with residential flooring installations. This is hands‑on work with steady hours for someone who shows up, works hard, and wants to learn the trade.

Job Duties
Assist with carrying flooring materials and tools

Help with demo, cleanup, and jobsite prep

Support installer during vinyl plank, laminate, hardwood, and tile installs

Maintain a clean and safe work area

Load/unload materials as needed

Requirements
Reliable and punctual

Willing to learn and take direction

Able to lift flooring materials

Comfortable working in customers’ homes

Positive attitude and good work ethic

Experience is a plus but not required

Schedule & Pay
Full‑time

Paid weekly

Pay based on experience
