The Holy Spirit Center (Catholic Retreat House Ministries, Inc.) is seeking an Executive Director—a true people person who enjoys welcoming guests, supporting volunteers, and building a warm, faith filled environment. Check us out at holyspiritcenter.org
This is a salaried leadership role with flexible scheduling; part time arrangements may be considered for the right candidate. The Director guides all aspects of the Center’s operations, including ministry activities, development efforts, facility upkeep, and community operations, working in partnership with and reporting directly to the Board of Directors.
Key responsibilities include volunteer/contractor supervision, budgeting and financial reporting, coordinating facility use and guest services, maintaining a monthly facility calendar, and supporting ministry programming and event marketing.
Required: leadership experience, basic computer skills, valid driver’s license, and being a practicing Catholic.
