Job Opportunity: Temporary Flooring Crew (Cash Pay + Lunch)

I am hiring a crew of no less than four workers for a 3,500 sq. ft. industrial epoxy project. We run a tight, synchronized assembly line—if you are reliable and can follow a process, I want to hear from you.
COMPENSATION: $15/hour (CASH). Skilled workers may earn more. Lunch is provided.
THE WORK:
MONDAY PREP: We need to clear the deck. This requires moving materials and equipment off the slab to get it ready for cleaning.
TUESDAY ASSEMBLY LINE: Once the slab is clear, we move in a 6-step flow:
Sweep & Shop-Vac the floor.
Spread Industrial Degreaser with a brush and bucket.
Power Wash using a surface cleaner.
Squeegee & Rinse with buckets of water.
Torch the Slab with a weed burner to evaporate moisture.
Paint/Roll the industrial epoxy.
SHIFT & ARRIVAL:
Arrival: No later than 8:50 AM (Work starts at 9:00 AM sharp).
Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
Breaks: Morning/afternoon breaks + 30-minute lunch.
STRICT EXPECTATIONS:
DO NOT BE LATE: The assembly line depends on everyone being in place.
GEAR: You MUST bring waterproof boots for power washing/squeegee work.
SOBRIETY: Strict zero-tolerance policy for drugs, alcohol, or marijuana.
FOCUS: You must follow instructions exactly and stay on your assigned task.
