HIRING for landscape assistant/glass installer assistant

Looking for a motivated individual who wants the opportunity to learn and work two seperate trade jobs. They are both physically demanding jobs that require an individual to be able to be on their feet 8+ hours a day and lift and carry 50+ pounds.
-First job is Assistant Glass Installer - 3 days a week
-Second job is Landscape assistant 1-3 days a week.
We are looking to hire one person to cover both positions, creating a full time opportunity. We’re looking for someone who shows up on time, takes pride in their work, and enjoys learning new skills. Experience with Glass work, gardening, farming, landscaping, or outdoor work is helpful but not required — we’re happy to train the right person with a strong work ethic. Must have reliable transportation.
Pay starts at $18 per hour, with a 90-day performance review and the opportunity for a pay increase based on reliability, work quality, and growth in the role.
