Job Description

We are a local real estate management company and are seeking to hire multiple handymen, general contractors, construction workers, and skilled remodeling workers to bring a large mansion estate property, industrial factory, and warehouse back up to top condition.

We are hiring immediately for several open positions, although your skills will be vetted by the property manager at our company before you are assigned to work.

This work is paid as 1099 Contractor pay (you are responsible for your own taxes & insurance), where the open working hours are flexible and you may set them between 7 AM to 11 PM, all seven days a week. The payment is via a weekly check or direct deposit. The pay range is between $15.00 to $20.00 per hour, which will be set by your experience, references, abilities of which tasks below you are capable of, if you have your own tools to complete all such work, and finally your work speed + reliability. Mileage for tasks involving driving/hauling are reimbursed per mile logged.

If you work with a partner, family, or a team you may apply together or bring your crew. We are seeking to hire several workers.

Materials to do the renovations will be provided by pre-authorized spends on a pre-paid debit card with immediate receipt reporting same day. We are preferring contractors with their own tools to complete the work below. We may lend tools from our industrial factory if needed and rent heavy equipment if needed. The work will be assigned with clear written, photo, and video instructions with an estimated timeframe to completion.

Previous contractors in this role typically make $15.50 an hour after qualification, and are working 58 hours a week on average, netting a take home check of $900.00 each week. There are no limits to your hours, as there are dozens of tasks open, so the paycheck can be even larger.

Listed below is a comprehensive list of the various tasks & jobs required in the remodeling projects. You are requested to write us a short response on which of the below tasks you are certified and capable of completing on your own, and if you do have your own tools for such work or not. You will be given both written and video recorded instructions to follow for the tasks.

• Yard and landscaping work of mowing, brush removal, cleanup, and bed mulching
• Removal of old in ground hot tub and installation of new hot tub
• Above requires ability to do tile, concrete, masonry work around it
• Repair of sub-floor damage below a bath tub, to lift the tub and repair the collapse.
• Sandblasting metal railing, followed by priming & painting
• Basic plumbing installs of toilets, sinks, and mainly garbage disposals.
• Plumbing skills of other basic plumbing repairs, such as pool line replacement and snaking drains.
• Priming and painting outdoor fences
• Repair outdoor awning water damage and wet/dry rot
• Repair outdoor wood framing around windows and ceiling ventilation. Requires carpentry and framing knowledge.
• Haul off old defunct appliances (utilize your own truck + trailer)
• Pump out a large courtyard fountain, replace and re-wire pump, and refill with shock treatment.
• Installation of new appliances, heat & air, water heater, stove, etc.
• Sheet rock ceiling replacements, drywall work, removing and de-rusting vents.
• Interior painting of walls, doors, cabinets, and fixtures
• Installation of central heat and air units, including dehumidifiers and central filters
• Opening pools, removing covers, checking saltwater and pump system, fixing small leaks
• Maintaining and cleaning such pools
• Installing insulation in walls, ceilings, and elsewhere
• Replacing flooring both type, carpet, and linoleum.
• Hauling off excess dirt piles (utilize your own truck + trailer)
• Installing crown molding and other mid-level carpentry work
• Cleaning out gutters and repairing disconnected gutters
• Pressure washing concrete patios and decks
• Surface leveling concrete patios and painting with epoxy paint
• Skilled work with natural rock, cement, grout, masonry, and brick
• Basic manual labor of tossing truckloads of old items into haul off dumpsters
• Furniture repair and refurbishment
• Installing fans and light fixtures
• Outdoor built in gas & charcoal grill restoration
• Concrete painting and sealing, specifically for pool areas
• Flashing and water-sealing natural rock chimneys
• General errand running and purchasing tasks, guided by cellphone video call

Following the work above, a raise or bonus will be given to continue the following work for security and fortifications:

• Installation of 160+ HD CCTV cameras all wired with CAT6 or RG-5 cable, including power. Includes night vision and thermal cameras.
• Repair of cut and damaged BNC, RG-5, CAT6 cables and testing continuity and signal
• Installation of overhead and roof wiring and cabling, requiring ladder & lift knowledge
• Installation of several wall mounted and in wall safes
• Installation of VOIP intercom systems and loud speakers

Charges related to violence: assault, battery, murder, manslaughter, torture, or weaponry, etc DO NOT affect your application. / Charges related to theft, embezzlement, larceny, robbery, fraud, etc will result in rejection. / Charges related to drugs, substances, vagrancy, sex crimes, indecency, etc. are reviewed per circumstances.

Applicants must have an original state ID (typically driver’s license) and social security (or EIN) card to run the background check. As Contractors you will turn in a W-9 document for IRS reporting purposes. No high school diploma or GED required.
Contractors suspect of drug use are subject to a drug test request or termination by the work site manager. All applicants must be comfortable working under CCTV or camera monitoring, the renovations are being filmed for YouTube. All applicants must have a cell phone for means for direct communication on site.
