Blind Barber in Highland Park is currently looking for an EXPERIENCED barback/busser.
We are holding OPEN INTERVIEWS Tuesday March 10th, 1pm-4pm
Must have experience in high volume establishments, with cocktail batching and following recipes.
Must have your food handlers card.
Job duties include:
Batching cocktails
Prepping cocktail garnishes
Juicing citrus
Refilling bartenders garnishes and bottles quickly
Light cooking (making grilled cheese and pretzels)
Keeping the kitchen clean and organized
