SECURITY GURAD FOR A DISPENSARY

We are seeking a reliable, professional, and attentive Security Guard to join our team at a cannabis dispensary.The role combines security presence with customer check-in responsibilities, ensuring and safe and welcoming environment for our customers and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and verify valid government issued IDs before entry.
- Check customers into the system according to dispensary procedures.
- Maintain a visible security presence.
- Ensure all customers follow dispensary policies and state regulations.
- Monitor for suspicious behavior to prevent theft and disturbances.
- Communicate with staff to maintain a safe and organized environment.
- Assist with opening/closing security procedures.

Requirements:
- Valid California Guard Card
- Previous security experience preferred
- Professional appearance and strong communication skills
- Calm under pressure and able to handle situations professionally
- Must be punctual and reliable
- Must maintain a professional and sober presence while on duty
