Breakfast kitchen head chef

We’re looking for an experienced Breakfast Chef / Kitchen Lead to take charge of our morning service.

The ideal candidate is passionate about breakfast cuisine, thrives in a fast-paced kitchen, and has strong leadership skills to guide and inspire the team.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the breakfast kitchen during service

Prepare high-quality breakfast dishes including fluffy pancakes, perfectly cooked eggs, and classic morning favorites

Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation standards

Train and support kitchen staff

Ensure cleanliness, organization, and food safety compliance

Contribute creative ideas for new breakfast menu items

What we’re looking for:

Proven experience as a breakfast chef or similar kitchen leadership role

Strong leadership and team management skills

Exceptional breakfast cooking skills (pancakes, eggs, and morning specialties)

Creativity in menu development and beautiful plate presentation

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
