Job Title: Junior Associate Attorney (Hybrid)
Location: Hybrid (In-Office & Remote)
Salary: $100,000 – $140,000 per year (commensurate with experience)

Position Overview
We are seeking a Junior Associate Attorney with 3–7 years of civil litigation experience to assist with trial preparation and support various stages of the litigation process. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a collaborative team environment.
Responsibilities
Assist with trial preparation, including drafting motions, pleadings, and trial documents
Conduct legal research and writing related to litigation matters
Support attorneys in case strategy, discovery, and motion practice
Manage and review document production and discovery responses
Participate in depositions, hearings, and trial preparation activities
Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel as needed
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
3–7 years of experience in civil litigation
Active membership in good standing with the applicable state bar
Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines
Experience with commercial litigation, labor & employment matters, or real property disputes is a plus
