Join our culinary team and help deliver a refined, member-focused dining experience at one of the premier private clubs in the region. We are seeking a skilled Sushi Cook with a strong sense of craftsmanship, attention to detail, and pride in quality ingredients and presentation.

This role is ideal for a culinary professional who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen while maintaining the precision and consistency required for sushi preparation.

What You’ll Do:

- Prepare sushi, sashimi, rolls, and other Japanese-inspired dishes with precision and consistency
- Maintain the highest standards of freshness, quality, and presentation for all seafood products
- Properly handle, cut, and portion fish according to established recipes and specifications
- Maintain strict food safety, sanitation, and HACCP standards when handling raw seafood
- Assist with prep work, including rice preparation, vegetable cutting, and ingredient organization
- Ensure proper storage, rotation, and labeling of seafood and sushi ingredients
- Maintain a clean, organized sushi station throughout service
- Collaborate with the culinary team to support smooth kitchen operations and timely service
- Assist with special events, chef features, and menu development when needed

What You Bring:

- Previous experience as a Sushi Cook or Sushi Prep Cook
- Strong knife skills and knowledge of fish preparation
- Understanding of seafood quality, storage, and sanitation standards
- Attention to detail and commitment to presentation
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
