Job Description

We are looking for a chef to oversee all BOH day to day operations. This is a hands on position. Long Time kitchen manger is in place with a solid team. We are looking for a chef who can develop a menu and recipes, prep schedules, oversee food cost and labor.
This is a salaried position. Around 50 hour per week work schedule is what can be expected, more if you are disorganized. We are open 7 days a week for dinner. Brunch Friday to Sunday. Open to 3-6 month 1099 consulting contract which can go full time as well.
We need someone who is hard working, experience with volume, no ego, calm demeanor, able to work nights and weekends when necessary. Someone who is able to mange and make their own schedule. Minimal Office and admin work this is a working chef position.
