Busser Position – Portola Bistro

Portola Bistro is currently looking for a reliable and hardworking Busser to join our team. We are seeking someone who can communicate well with our staff and work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Schedule:
Approximately 4–5 days per week, primarily evening shifts. Occasionally, lunch shifts may be required depending on restaurant needs.

Responsibilities:
• Running food to guests in a timely manner
• Clearing and resetting tables quickly and properly
• Assisting servers to maintain smooth service
• Keeping the dining area clean and organized
• Supporting the team during busy service
• Helping with general restaurant cleaning and closing duties at the end of the night

Requirements:
• Ability to communicate and work well with the team
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Evening availability
