Community Events Representative (On-Call / Part-Time)

We are looking for an outgoing and energetic Community Events Representative to represent our office at local events. This role involves attending community fairs, festivals, school events, health fairs, and local gatherings to help promote our dental office and connect with families in the community. This is a great role for someone who enjoys meeting new people and being involved in community events.

Responsibilities:
-Represent our office at local community events and festivals
-Set up and manage event booth or table
-Engage with families and community members
-Share information about our office and services
-Help distribute promotional materials and giveaways
-Collect contact information from interested attendees
-Assist with event setup and breakdown



Qualifications:
-Outgoing and comfortable speaking with people
-Bilingual is a plus
-Friendly, positive attitude
-Reliable transportation
-Available on some evenings and weekends
-Sales, marketing, or event experience is a plus


Schedule
On-Call / Event Based
Primarily evenings and weekends depending on events.
