📋 THE ROLE
You will be the primary point of contact for members of labor unions, credit unions, and non-profits. Your goal is to provide elite customer service and manage their benefit accounts.
Handle inquiries regarding account management and billing.
Provide proactive solutions to ensure "one-call" resolution.
Work with a supportive team that values your feedback and growth.
Maintain sensitive customer data with integrity.
