Working closely with our Pastry Chef, this position supports quality and consistency across our café and restaurant programs. We are a small, close-knit team, so this role requires clear communication and a collaborative approach to daily work. Our work is inspired by Italian tradition, emphasizing simplicity, seasonality, and quality ingredients.

Responsibilities
Execute daily bakery and pastry production for the cafe and restaurant
Assist with overall bakery operations and organization
Contribute creatively to menu development while maintaining consistency and quality
Supervise and collaborate with a small team (for senior candidates)
Maintain high standards of communication, cleanliness, and efficiency

Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years professional baking or pastry experience
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Solid professional references
Passion for quality ingredients and thoughtful execution
