Assistant GM / GM – Tavern (Napa)

Long established and beloved Napa tavern seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager with a strong culinary background and a clear path to General Manager and equity participation.

This is a floor-driven leadership role for someone who understands food at a working level—kitchen flow, timing, execution, and how food connects to wine and spirits. You’ll work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to drive service, communication, and consistency.

Active involvement in a thoughtful, fun, and slightly crafty spirits program. Wine knowledge is a plus.

2+ years experience as a hands-on restaurant manager required. Must be confident on the floor, organized, financially literate, and comfortable managing both FOH leadership and BOH coordination.
