About the Role
We are a fast-growing property management company seeking an experienced Property Management Administrator to support daily operations in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and deep familiarity with property management processes.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide administrative support for property management and real estate operations
• Manage leases, renewals, vendor contracts, and real estate documentation
• Coordinate with tenants, owners, vendors, and brokers
• Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally in English and Spanish
• Assist with rent rolls, reports, compliance tracking, and deadlines
• Maintain and update records within Buildium
• Support management with time-sensitive tasks and problem resolution
Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of property management experience
• Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
• Strong Buildium experience required
• Solid understanding of real estate contracts, leases, and PM procedures
• Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
• Professional demeanor with strong customer service skills
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working with luxury or high-end properties
• Knowledge of Florida real estate and property management practices
