Job Description
Whitchurch Engineering is a dynamic engineering firm providing high-quality professional services across a variety of projects. We have been in business for 30 years and value organization, collaboration, and proactive support to keep our teams running efficiently. We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to support our engineers, project managers, and leadership team.
This mid-level role is responsible for front office operations and providing administrative, financial, and project support across the organization. The Administrative Support Specialist plays a key role in maintaining daily operations and supporting project delivery through invoicing, accounts receivable, job setup and closeout, timesheets, payroll support, project documentation, proposal and contract assistance, insurance certificates, sub-consultant contracts and invoices, compliance tracking, and meeting coordination.
The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of administrative experience, strong organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and excellent communication abilities. Experience supporting engineers or project managers in a professional services environment is a plus.
