We are seeking a reliable, professional Office Admin & Service Coordinator for a busy HVAC company. This role requires strong computer skills, attention to detail, and consistent follow-through in a structured office environment.

This position supports daily operations and is ideal for someone who can multi-task, stay organized, and follow established office procedures.

Required Skills & Experience
✔ Proficient with computers in an office setting
✔ Experience using Microsoft Word & Excel
✔ Comfortable creating, updating, and maintaining spreadsheets
✔ Strong email writing and response skills (professional tone required)
✔ Professional phone etiquette and customer communication skills
✔ Experience scanning, filing, and organizing documents
✔ Proven experience following directions, office procedures, and workflows
✔ Consistent follow-through on assigned tasks

➕ Experience with Service Titan or similar service-industry software -
➕ HVAC, construction, or service company office experience

Key Responsibilities
Answer phones professionally and assist customers
Schedule service appointments and coordinate with technicians
Perform data entry and invoice processing

Scan, organize, and upload documents
Communicate clearly with customers and internal staff
