We are seeking a Gelato Chef who takes pride in culinary excellence, presentation, and consistency.
The Role
As a Gelato Chef at Frost Gelato, you are not simply making gelato β€” you are creating an experience. You will be responsible for producing, presenting, and maintaining our signature flavors while upholding Frost’s luxury standards.
Responsibilities
Prepare fresh gelato daily following Frost proprietary recipes and methods
Operate gelato equipment with precision and care
Maintain immaculate kitchen and production standards
Ensure proper ingredient handling, storage, and rotation
Curate visually stunning gelato displays
Uphold Frost’s luxury presentation and quality expectations
Assist with seasonal flavor development and innovation
Maintain detailed cleanliness and food safety compliance
Represent the Frost brand with professionalism and pride
Qualifications
Passion for culinary excellence and desserts
Strong attention to detail and consistency
Ability to work efficiently in a refined, fast-paced environment
Professional attitude and strong work ethic
Culinary, pastry, or dessert experience preferred but not required
Food handler certification (or willingness to obtain)
Compensation & Benefits
$15.50 – $18.50 per hour starting pay (based on experience)
