Looking for a Business Partner

I’m launching a professional remote cleaning business and I’m looking for a motivated, reliable business partner to help grow it with me.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to build a real business, not just a job. I’m seeking a partner who is willing to contribute time, ideas and effort. I’m not looking for someone with a business degree or extensive experience, just someone who is entrepreneurial and is serious about long-term growth. Experience in cleaning, sales, marketing, operations, or management is a plus (but not required)

About the Business:
This cleaning business will focus on operating remotely for clients— handling marketing, client acquisition, systems, scheduling, and management. It also requires initial residential cleaning especially in the early stages.
Profit-sharing and responsibilities to be discussed and agreed upon together
Open to fair equity split based on contribution and involvement
