Job Description
RB Morgan Construction Inc. is seeking a reliable, organized, and professional Construction Office Administrator to support our growing construction business.
This position is ideal for someone with experience in a construction, contractor, or trades-based office environment who is comfortable handling multiple responsibilities and supporting daily operations.
Primary Responsibilities Include:
*General office and administrative support
*Answering phones, managing emails, and scheduling
*Lead tracking and follow-up coordination
*Job and operations support (documentation, organization, communication)
*Vehicle tracking and basic maintenance recordkeeping
*Assisting with basic website updates or coordination with web vendors
*Supporting the development and use of scheduling and communication tools
*Maintaining organized digital and physical files
Requirements:
-Prior office experience (construction or trades industry preferred)
-Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
-Timely, professional, and able to manage priorities independently
-Strong communication skills (phone, email, written)
-Comfortable learning new systems and processes
-Non-smoker
-Reliable transportation
