Job Description

Maintenance Professional / Handyman (Luxury Properties)

We are seeking a skilled, reliable, and polished Maintenance Professional / Handyman to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role for a true jack of all trades who understands residential systems and takes pride in maintaining luxury homes at the highest standard.

You will play a critical role in ensuring our properties are always guest-ready, functional, and impeccably maintained.

Responsibilities

Perform general home repairs and ongoing maintenance

Handle painting, patching, and cosmetic touch-ups

Complete light plumbing and light electrical work

Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot smart home systems

Test and maintain lighting, appliances, HVAC, and other home systems

Conduct preventative maintenance to avoid guest-impacting issues

Ensure all properties meet Oraklus’ luxury and safety standards

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in maintenance, handyman work, or related trades

Strong understanding of residential home systems

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Tech-savvy; comfortable using apps, smart devices, and modern tools

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks

Professional, polished demeanor; comfortable working around VIP guests

Strong communication skills and ability to work independently

Compensation & Benefits

$30–$35 per hour, depending on experience

Full-time role with no less than 40 hours per week
