Line Cook / Production Cook – Commercial Kitchen

Food production company is looking for a reliable Line Cook / Production Cook to join our commercial kitchen team in Los Angeles.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare and cook food according to standardized recipes
• Production cooking for ready-to-eat meals
• Portioning, packaging and labeling meals accurately and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and HACCP guidelines
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
• Perform inventory of stock as needed

Requirements:
• Previous experience as a line cook or production cook preferred
• Experience in commercial kitchens or meal prep facilities a plus
• Strong attention to detail and consistency
• Punctual, dependable, and team-oriented
• Food Handler Certificate (or ability to obtain quickly)
