Outside Sales Representatives- Construction

Champion Construction Supply is looking for Outside Sales Representatives. We are looking for Sales Representatives with excellent sales and communication skills who are ready to join our company. We are one of the top retail companies in the business and are expanding. With that, we are looking for new sales representatives to join our team. We are looking for honest, hardworking, dedicated team members who are ready to make money.

Day To Day Duties: (But not limited to)
• Demonstrate great prospecting skills to identify new accounts with.
• Strong knowledge of building materials (Hardscape, Cementous products and Landscaping)
• Proactively identify and capitalize on opportunities to grow sales with current and potential customers. (up sale)
• Track, update and follow up with all prospective sales.
• Process over the phone orders.
• Assist customers with their questions and needs, in person, or over the phone. Includes placing orders with vendors, price research, and problem solving.
• Track, update and follow up with all prospective sales
• Ability to think quickly and make decisions.
• Work hand in hand with office to resolve discrepancies.
• Maintains a safe working environment.

Requirements/ Skills:
• Excellent communication, customer service skills. (experience)
• Maintain appropriate professional and technical knowledge.
• Self-motivated, result-driven and ability to work independently.
• Valid CA driver’s license.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 95 pounds.
• Background in construction sales required.
• High school, secondary diploma or GED required (additional education is a plus).

Pay Rate: DOE (Base salary + Commissions)
