We're Hiring Sales Representative (Direct Sales) (Orange County)

Spa Girl Marketing is growing, and we’re looking for confident, high-energy salespeople to join our experiential, in-person sales team across Los Angeles & Orange County.

We help Med-Spas across the U.S. grow through face-to-face sales activations that turn real conversations into real results through the sale of spa passes. This is a performance-driven environment, but one rooted in professionalism, accountability, teamwork, and integrity.

What We Do

We partner with Med-Spas across the U.S. to run high-impact, in-person sales activations in high-traffic environments such as:
• Gyms & fitness studios
• Pop-up activations and brand collaborations
• Trade shows & live events
This is face-to-face, high-volume selling — not passive marketing.


What the Role Actually Looks Like

As part of our sales team, you’ll be:
• Speaking with dozens (sometimes hundreds) of people per day
• Approaching strangers and starting conversations nonstop
• Pitching spa passes, handling objections, and closing sales on the spot
• Traveling to different locations across Los Angeles & Orange County
• Working weekends and traveling outside the LA area when needed
This role requires mental toughness, stamina, confidence, and grit.


Key Responsibilities

• Pitch spa passes confidently
• Handle rejection and objections professionally
• Close sales and exceed daily and weekly goals
• Represent luxury Med-Spa brands with professionalism
• Travel between scheduled event locations


Who This Is For

You should be:
• Extremely outgoing and fearless in conversation
• Comfortable with rejection and fast-paced environments

• Reliable, punctual, and accountable


Requirements
• Proven sales experience (door-to-door or high-volume preferred)
• Strong communication skills
• High energy, confidence, and resilience
• Willingness to work weekends when needed
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Interest in beauty or wellness is a plus — sales skill comes first


Compensation (Performance-Based)
• Commission-only with bonuses
• Average commission: $30 per spa package sold
• Most reps sell 10+ packages per day
• Selling 10 packages/day, 5 days/week = ~$6,000/month
• No cap on earnings
