Job Description:

We are a residential drug rehabilitation center seeking a reliable and experienced Full-Time Cook to prepare daily meals for our residents. This role is essential to providing a healthy, structured environment for individuals in recovery.

The cook will be responsible for menu planning, grocery shopping, and preparing lunch and dinner for approximately 12 residents each day.

Responsibilities:

-Plan and prepare nutritious lunch and dinner meals daily

-Shop for groceries and manage food inventory within budget

-Accommodate basic dietary needs as required

-Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen

-Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines

-Work independently and maintain a consistent schedule



Requirements:

-Prior cooking experience (professional or institutional preferred)

-Ability to cook for groups (approximately 12 people)

-Reliable transportation for grocery shopping

-Dependable, punctual, and organized

-Comfortable working in a recovery-focused environment
