Job Opening: Full-Time Pizza Chef (Pizzaiolo)

We are looking for an experienced Pizza Chef (Pizzaiolo) to join our team in a full-time position.

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a pizzaiolo
• Strong knowledge of dough preparation (mixing, fermentation, hand stretching)
• Ability to operate pizza ovens (wood-fired, gas, or electric)
• Experience preparing both classic and specialty pizzas
• Fast, organized, and detail-oriented
• Ability to work well in a team and in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
• Reliable, punctual, and professional

Responsibilities:
• Prepare pizza dough and ingredients
• Stretch, top, and bake pizzas
• Manage the pizza station efficiently
• Ensure high-quality standards and consistency
• Keep the work area clean and organized
