Automotive Upholstery Technician

We are seeking a detail-oriented Automotive Upholstery Technician with specific experience in installing Katzkin Leather interiors. The ideal candidate is a "restyling expert" who takes pride in transforming cloth interiors into high-quality leather.
Key Responsibilities
* Full Interior Conversions: Remove factory cloth skins and expertly install Katzkin leather covers on seats and headrests.
* Add-on Features: Install heating/cooling elements (Degreez) or lumbar support systems where required.
* Safety Standards: Ensure all side-impact airbag seams are correctly aligned for proper deployment.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Experience: Proven experience in auto upholstery or leather kit installation (Katzkin experience highly preferred).
* Technical Skill: Proficiency with hog ring pliers (pneumatic and manual), tucking tools, and steamers.
* Reliability: Strong work ethic and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced shop environment.
* Documentation: valid driver's license and clean driving record a plus but not required
