Substitute Adjunct Instructor Needed – Business & MBA Courses (Short-Term Assignment)

Adjunct at small university is seeking a qualified substitute adjunct instructor to cover undergraduate and MBA-level business courses for specific dates in February and March. This short-term assignment may lead to a regular adjunct role. No prior teaching experience necessary, but able to tell a story or connect real life experiences. I will provide slides and assignments.

Schedule & Locations

Mondays – Orange County

9:00–10:30 AM: Intro to Business

11:00 AM–12:30 PM: Personal Finance

Saturdays – Koreatown (Los Angeles)

11:00 AM–1:00 PM: MBA courses (Management Information Systems and Managerial Economics)

Dates Needed

Feb 7 (Sat) – Koreatown

Feb 9 (Mon) – Orange County

Feb 14 & Feb 16 – No class (off)

Feb 21 (Sat) – Koreatown

Feb 23 (Mon) – Orange County

Feb 28 (Sat) – Koreatown

March 2 (Mon) – Orange County

March 7 (Sat) – Koreatown

Pay & Hours

$50 per hour

3 hours of pay per day worked

Up to 6 total hours per week

Requirements

Master’s degree in Business, Management, or a closely related field

College-level teaching experience preferred, but not required

Professional, dependable, and comfortable teaching adult learners
