Customer Support Specialist – Full-Time (In-Person)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)

Linq Kitchen is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Customer Support Specialist to join our in-office team. This role is responsible for managing customer inquiries, processing orders, supporting sales conversions, and ensuring a smooth experience for both new and returning clients.

This position works closely with our design team, vendors, and internal departments to keep projects organized, on track, and moving forward efficiently.

Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and walk-ins
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure materials and orders are prepared on time
Assist with administrative tasks and order-related documentation
Support smooth daily workflow operations
Build trust and maintain strong relationships with new and repeat customers

Compensation:
$20.00/hour base pay
Opportunity to earn commission based on performance
Eligible for overtime pay in accordance with applicable laws

Qualifications:
Strong customer service and communication skills
Comfortable handling orders, follow-ups, and multiple tasks simultaneously
Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
Professional phone and in-person etiquette
Basic computer skills (email, order systems, data entry)
Ability to work well with cross-functional teams
Prior customer service, order processing, or sales support experience preferred
