Part-Time Office Assistant (Pharmaceutical Export Company — San Mateo)
We are a closed-door pharmaceutical export company (non-controlled prescription products) seeking a reliable part-time office assistant.

Location: San Mateo (Ideal for candidates who live nearby)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM (20 hours/week)
Pay: $25/hr

Responsibilities:

Check and verify customer payments

Prepare shipping labels and arrange shipments

Pack and organize outgoing orders

Light record-keeping and general office tasks

Requirements:

At least 1 year of experience in a pharmacy or medical office setting

Organized and detail-oriented

Comfortable with basic computer tasks

Reliable and punctual
