Job Description
We are a locally owned auto detailing, window tint, and body shop looking for a reliable and organized Bookkeeper / Customer Service Assistant to join our team.
This position combines basic bookkeeping with front-office customer service duties. You will be a key part of keeping our daily operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities Include:
• Bookkeeping tasks (invoicing, accounts receivable/payable, basic financial tracking)
• Data entry and record keeping
• Answering phones and responding to customer inquiries
• Assisting walk-in customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Scheduling appointments and coordinating with shop staff
• General office support as needed
Qualifications:
• Previous bookkeeping or accounting experience required
• Customer service experience a plus
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Comfortable using computers and basic accounting software (QuickBooks experience preferred, excel)
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and professional
• Automotive industry experience is a plus but not required
Schedule:
• Monday–Friday, flexible hours. Would prefer you come in 4 days per week, 4 hours each day.
