Job Description
RESIDENT PROPERTY MANAGER FOR MOBILE HOME COMMUNITY
Quiet Mobile Home Community located in Boulder County is looking for a resident manager or team dedicated to providing superior service and maintaining high quality tenant relations. The community manager(s) must be responsible and have management experience.
Job Duties include responsibility for:
· Rent collections and accurate accounting
· Maintain office files and records
· Enforce community rules and standards
· Supervise and maintain landscaping and light repairs
· Ensure high occupancy and good tenant relations
Qualifying attributes include the following:
· Demonstrated management and supervision skills (1 year preferred)
· Excellent customer service skills and attitude
· Responsible and stable work history
. High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred)
. Foundation skills include competency with computers including MS word & excel, excellent written and verbal communication skills and experience with business procedures & ethics
· Available to manage emergencies (24/7)
· Must pass credit and background and drug and employment checks
. Office hours M-F and on call
· Bilingual helpful
Compensation:
· The hourly wage rate is between $20 to $30 per hour for qualified candidates plus benefits and housing.
· Remodeled spacious mobile home with rent concession
· 7 paid holidays
· Paid Vacation
· Health Care Contribution Plan
· Performance Bonus
· Overtime paid for all additional work hours
