Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for a Project Engineer located in Essex, CT. The Project Engineer will be responsible for small and medium sized residential and light commercial engineering projects. Day-to-day tasks include project planning, coordinating with team members, providing technical guidance, reviewing inspection reports, and developing design solutions. Review drawings and designs prepared by junior staff. Review & stamp reports and drawings. Minimal field work required.

Qualifications

Licensed PE in CT - DO NOT APPLY if you do not meet this criteria
Proficiency in Project Engineering and Structural Engineering principles
Effective Communication skills, including the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Proficiency with engineering software; Skyciv, QCad (or Autocad), Woodworks, etc
Relevant experience in a similar role and industry
