Structural Engineer (Florida Licensed) – Entry / Early Career

We are seeking a Florida-licensed Structural Engineer (PE), preferably recently licensed or early in their career, to join our team. This role is ideal for a motivated engineer looking to grow professionally, gain hands-on project experience, and work closely with senior leadership.
Responsibilities
Perform structural design and analysis for building projects
Prepare calculations and review drawings
Coordinate with drafting staff and project leadership
Assist with permitting and jurisdictional reviews
Review, sign, and seal structural documents as required
Ensure compliance with Florida Building Code
Requirements
Active Florida Professional Engineer (PE) license
(recently licensed candidates encouraged to apply)
Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
Basic knowledge of structural systems (concrete, steel, wood)
Familiarity with Florida Building Code preferred
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
