Dedicated team lane Dallas Tx

Looking for a team to run a dedicated lane out of grapevine. Run starts out of grapevine on Sunday around 2pm it runs as follows
Grapevine Tx to Aurora co you arrive around 4-6am on Monday. You then leave aurora co around 6pm then go to Fontana California.
Once y'all arrive in Fontana California most of the time the load is ready if not you might have to wait a couple of hours. Once you leave Fontana you go to East pointe Georgia. The load gets ready around 6pm once the load is ready you go back to Dallas, so the lane runs Grapevine to aurora co to Fontana California to east pointe to Dallas. Yall should be back to Dallas around early Friday morning. Y'all will then be off until Sunday around 2pm for the next round trip. Lane miles are 4708.60. Yall will split miles down the middle each driver gets 2354.30 miles paid to them. Pay is based on experience. .60cpm-.65cpm. plus, I know y'all are in Colorado for around 10 to 12 hours so there is also a 75 dollar down time pay to each driver. Miles are turned in every Monday and then paid the following Monday direct deposit. The truck y'all will be driving is a 2022 freightliner Cascadia auto. Truck runs 77 mph. I pay for everything on the truck the only thing I don't pay for is wiper fluid and stuff to keep the truck cleaned. Wipers, filters, truck wash's etc. is paid for. You will be hauling air freight so very, very rarely will you be hauling heavy loads. No touch freight. no micro-managing. Y'all don't even have to talk to dispatch if y'all don't want to. We are laid back and looking for a long-term team that is looking for a family treated business. I will give you numbers to any of my drivers if you want to ask them. If you liked being yelled at, talked down to and treated bad this isn't the place for you. Hard enough out here as it is. We also have a spare truck if anything happens to y'all's. Yes, the truck has adaptive cruise and side radar thing. No, we can't just unplug it or cover it in tape.

I'm also looking for a team to run over the road as well. I'm not 100% sure about the miles but I'll do everything I can do to keep you running and if a new dedicated lanes comes available it will be offered to you as well.

We run samsara in the trucks. in-ward camera is NOT active.
This is W2 position NO 1099.
NO SAP NO felonies last 7 years and NO misdemeanors last 4 years.
6 months verifiable over the road experience required.
Hazmat will be required. But we can hire y'all without having it. Just have to have an appointment scheduled.
Good medical card.
Will require a background check, and a drug test of course.
Quick video chat for orientation like 2 hours and that's about it.
