Yunomi Handroll is hiring for: *Servers (FT) / Servers (PT)Must have weekends available.Full Time AvailableShifts available: 10hrs shifts(Doubles), 9hrs shifts or 5.5hrs shifts.*Servers The concept behind Yunomi Handroll is a quick service style restaurant serving the highest quality Japanese style handrolls and delivering a new experience that is truly unique and special. With only 24 counter seats, menu consists of a limited selection of sushi handrolls, select appetizers, hot teas, various sake, Japanese craft beers and wines served directly at our bar, in a comfortable and dynamic setting. The inspiration behind Yunomi has been the extensive study of Japanese traditional Washoku style hospitality and Omakase — chef’s choice style service. Yunomi’s concept will combine the two styles to provide guests with a distinct and personalized experience.We need Servers to join our team.Restaurant experience is preferred. Below, please find list of responsibilities and qualifications for Server position.*Responsibilities-Welcome all customers-Learn and maintain general menu knowledge.-Describe our concept, ordering steps and answer any questions our new guests may have-Keep receptions area clean, organized and presentable at all times-Coordinate with service staff to maintain proper seating flow while remaining attentive in greeting and seating our guests-Answer phone calls in polite and warm matter and assist our future guests with questions they might have-Check out and process payments for dine in guests-Take accurate phone orders, input order into POS and process payment for take out orders.-Run food items to table in the outdoor seating area-Clean and maintain tables and chairs in the outdoor seating area*Qualifications-All candidates must have an exception personality and hospitality driven attitude. Be polished, professional, friendly dynamic, and able to multitask and take initiative in guest service focused environment.-Previous experience as a server in Asian cuisine preferred but not recommend.-Previous experience as a server with 1yr+ experience preferred.-Must maintain a sense of urgency attitude with given responsibilities while attending customers-Ability to work in a VERY FAST paced high pressure environment-Exceptional communication skills-Must be able to stand for long period of times.-Must be punctual.-Must be presentable and professional-Must have valid FoodServ Safe certificate-Must have CA RBS certification-Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
