Onsite Resident Manager – Coming Available Late Spring

We are seeking an experienced On-Site Resident Manager for a well-maintained multifamily property. This position will become available late spring and includes a two-bedroom, one-bathroom on-site unit as part of the compensation.

Position Overview:
The On-Site Resident Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the property, ensuring it is well maintained, clean, safe, and professionally managed. This role requires someone reliable, hands-on, and experienced in on-site property management.

Job Duties Include (but are not limited to):

General maintenance and basic repairs

Groundskeeping and upkeep of common areas

Cleaning and maintaining common areas

Trash management (taking bins in and out for scheduled pickup)

Gate monitoring and basic gate maintenance

Showing vacant units to prospective tenants including weekends and evenings.

Unit turnovers (coordinating cleaning, light maintenance, and readiness for new tenants)

Meeting and coordinating with vendors and contractors

Tenant relations and on-site communication

Available 24/7 for property emergencies

Ensuring property rules and standards are upheld

Requirements:

Previous on-site resident management experience required

Strong organizational and communication skills

Ability to handle maintenance issues and emergencies professionally

Dependable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented

Comfortable interacting with tenants, vendors, and ownership

Compensation:

Two-bedroom, one-bathroom on-site unit included

Additional compensation to be discussed based on experience
