Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head Manager to lead our medium-sized management company within the private home service industry. This leadership role requires a strategic thinker with a background in management, company organization and team supervision and scheduling. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain high standards for high-end homes. This position offers an opportunity to influence the growth and success of our organization through effective management, staff development, and operational excellence. Attention to detail is a must, and direct owner communication is a daily routine. Tasks, employee scheduling and overseeing projects are daily responsibility. Working directly with the company owner as his assistant in daily tasks, planning and company organization is a key responsibility. Bringing new ideas, strategies and organizational plans is encouraged.

-Oversee all aspects of home management operations, including house checks, overseeing subcontractors work and projects and following up with employee daily work.
-Manage staff recruitment, training, development, and performance to foster an efficient, happy team.
-Oversee home inventory, ordering supplies, and managing home operations
-Implement and monitor time restricted projects to ensure financial targets are met while maintaining high service standards.
-Coordinate shift management to ensure smooth daily operations during peak months and off-peak times.
-Maintain excellent customer service standards by resolving complaints promptly and ensuring home owner satisfaction.
-Conduct staff interviews, onboarding, training, and ongoing development to enhance team skills and efficiency

Qualifications

Management experience with a strong background in team enhancement
Demonstrated communication skills and problem solving
Strong organizational skills with experience in inventory control, scheduling and task management.
Excellent communication abilities with staff, customer service excellence, and team coordination.
Ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
