We're hiring bilingual (English/Spanish) professionals for a 100% remote position assisting working-class families with their union-provided benefits. This is a virtual role with the CV Organization, in partnership with Globe Life, one of the nation’s largest providers of supplemental benefits to labor unions and associations.

🔹 Position Overview:
- Help union members and their families review benefits they've already requested
- Leads are provided, no cold calling, no door knocking
- Full-time with flexible hours
- All work is done remotely via Zoom
- Ideal for bilingual professionals who enjoy helping people and providing support

💵 Compensation:
- First-year average income: $70,000 – $90,000+ (uncapped commissions)
- Leadership track income: $150,000 – $200,000+ annually
- Weekly pay with bonus opportunities
- Full training provided, no prior experience required
