Journey Level Roofer Needed

Install, repair, and replace roofing systems including asphalt shingles, metal, tile, slate, and flat roofing systems (e.g., TPO, EPDM, modified bitumen).

Inspect roofs to determine condition, required repairs, and materials needed.

Remove old roofing materials safely and efficiently.

Measure and cut roofing materials to fit specific roof structures.

Seal, waterproof, and insulate roofs to protect buildings from weather damage.

Ensure all work complies with local building codes, manufacturer specifications, and company quality standards.

Follow all safety procedures, including fall protection and proper use of tools and equipment.

Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical instructions.

Operate hand and power tools related to roofing work.

Communicate effectively with supervisors, coworkers, and customers.

Assist in mentoring apprentices or junior roofers as needed.
