NOW HIRING: Helper, Journeyman & Leadman

(Manufactured Home / Mobile Home Repair Experience Required / Single-Family Homes)

We are a fast-growing construction company specializing in manufactured home installations, repairs, foundations, skirting, siding, decks, utility trenching, and general mobile home and single family renovation work across Los Angeles, Orange County & Riverside, and San Bernardino.

We’re looking for people who can think on their feet, solve problems, communicate clearly, and work well as part of a team. Applicants should have their own truck and basic tools, and be comfortable handling a variety of tasks on-site.

We are looking to hire multiple positions immediately:

✅ Helper
✅ Journeyman
✅ Leadman

If you have experience working on manufactured, mobile homes or single-family homes we’d love to talk with you. We are hiring U.S. citizens or legal residents, and Spanish-speaking applicants are strongly preferred.

About the Work

Our projects include:
- Manufactured home setup & teardown
- Single-family remodels
- Pier and pad foundations
- Roofing
- Flooring
- Skirting, siding, and roof close-up
- Utility trenching (water, sewer, gas, electrical)
- Deck and stair repairs
- Plumbing & electrical repairs
- Drywall patching, framing, carpentry
- Leveling & structural adjustments
- General mobile home service and repair work
- We need people who can perform a variety of trades, work safely, and show up ready to learn or lead.

Qualifications

Helper
- Some construction experience preferred
- Willing to learn multiple trades
- Must be reliable and able to lift 50–75 lbs

Journeyman
- Multi-trade skillset (carpentry, drywall, framing, skirting, roofing, flooring, small repairs, etc.)
- Mobile home or manufactured home experience highly preferred

Leadman
- Can run small crews
- Reads plans, works efficiently, communicates clearly
- Strong communication skills


Requirements
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to work in all weather conditions
- Positive attitude & strong work ethic
- Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks independently

Experience with manufactured and single-family home repair, remodel, and rehabilitation is strongly preferred for all levels

Pay: (Weekly pay — rates based on skill level and experience.)
